Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has promoted Chad Couture to the executive director of . Couture will oversee management and operations for the scenic 87-acre campus located in Glen Mills, Pa.

Couture joined Erickson Senior Living in 2017 as an associate executive director at Maris Grove. His role took him to , a sister Erickson Senior Living community in Bucks County, Pa., and then back to Maris Grove in 2022. Prior to his senior living experience, he worked for more than two decades in the hospitality industry in various roles at high-end hotels.
Couture, a resident of Chester Springs, Pa., received his bachelor’s degree from Algonquin College.
