聽has promoted聽聽to the newly created position of President – Commercial, a move that underscores the exponential growth of the company鈥檚 Bentonville office and its expanding commercial presence across the country.
Caddell opened its Bentonville office eight years ago with two employees. Today, it is home to the company鈥檚 commercial operations, which employ more than 130 people across the country. The office has grown by more than 110% over the past three years, generating $350 million in revenue last year, with a projection to reach $450 million in the coming year.

Under Byrd鈥檚 leadership, the commercial division established three additional branch offices in Atlanta, Jacksonville and Phoenix to accommodate the client-based teams that travel wherever customers need them. The group specializes in distribution/logistics and mission-critical projects for Fortune 50 clients. Caddell is also actively engaged in the K-12 construction market in Northwest Arkansas, further expanding its impact in the region by delivering high-quality educational facilities.
