
Roland Park Place, Baltimore’s first and only accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community, has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its 2025 “Best Senior Living” . RPP received “Best” recognitions in the Independent Living, Memory Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Community categories. New this year, RPP received recognition for several categories of service including Independent Living-Activities & Enrichment, Memory Care—Feels Like Home, and Memory Care-Food & Dining.
Roland Park Place earned “Best” status in Independent Living, Memory Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Community categories by achieving the highest possible rating for Independent Living, Personal Care and Memory Care.

Using data from nearly 450,000 consumer experience surveys administered by , U.S. News evaluated each participating community and determined which met the criteria for ,Ի/ǰ. Continuing care retirement communities and life plan communities were also considered for recognition among the .
More than 3,800 communities met the criteria and over 1,800 were recognized as best in one category. Of those 1,703 only 61 were recognized as Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
