Mr. Smith is an experienced litigator with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in all types of matters and disputes, particularly litigation involving complex personal injury and/or environmental contamination claims.聽He is a member of Venable鈥檚 Product Liability and Mass Tort practice group, and co-leader of the firm鈥檚 PFAS and Emerging Contaminants, and Chemical and Specialty Materials teams.
Mr. Smith earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
